We’re building an opening team for an upcoming Downtown Erie restaurant/bar. The venue name and exact location will be shared in a future press release. If you’re dependable, coachable, and take pride in doing things the right way, we’ll train you.

Mon–Tue Closed Wed–Thu 11a–10p Fri–Sat 11a–11p Sun 11a–6p

Open Positions

No experience needed for most roles — reliability and attitude matter most.

Host / Greeter (PT) — guest welcome, seating flow, phone support
Barback (PT) — ice/glassware/restock, bar resets, fast pace
FOH Utility / Runner (PT) — food running, resets, support during peak
Dishwasher (PT/FT) — sanitation, dish flow, steady pace
Line Cook (PT/FT) — station execution, consistency, teamwork
Prep / Utility Cook (PT/FT) — prep, labeling/FIFO, organization
